1. Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags.

• Non-returnable: perfumes (opened), cosmetics, innerwear, clearance items.

2. Refunds

• Processed within 5–10 business days once item is received and approved.

• COD refunds given as store credit or exchange.

3. Exchanges

• Allowed if item is defective, damaged, or wrong product delivered.

• Must request within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

• Customer pays return shipping (unless product is defective/wrong).

• Original shipping fee is non-refundable.
